5 minute kid-tivity – fine motor skills

I realized that I’ve been slacking on the blog front. Not with the frequency of posting…. but with the EASY kid-tivities that I haven’t been passing along.

So in order to right the situation, here is a super simple motor skill activity that you can do right at the breakfast table!

– String

Tie a knot at the end of the string, and show your little one how to thread it through!

Depending on the age of your little one this should keep them entertained for about 5-10 minutes. Which in my book is just enough time to get my dinner Crock Pot Dish prepped and into the pot before the day starts!

If your child is a little older (or just SUPER into this) I saw a Cheerio Birdfeeder on The Decorated Cookie that ou may be interested in. This one is WAY more put together then what Jo and I were doing but it’s a great idea!

Have fun in your 5 free minutes..spend it wisely 🙂

xo, Dee
